My products are defined by a growing list of well-defined, pre-fabricated Business Intelligence solutions. While basic, these solutions are nonetheless powerful. They are intended for rapid deployment at a fixed price. These turn-key solutions quickly deliver meaningful business intelligence at a tactical level.

Each product addresses a specific business process horizontal and each are tuned, where appropriate, to meet the needs of your business vertical. For example, a Sales Pipeline Analysis solution (the horizontal) may be a bit different when implemented for a hotel chain (the vertical) than when implemented for an industrial service company.

Once in place, you will have at your fingertips immediate answers to critical business questions, precise information you must know to optimize process efficiency and to reach your business goals.

In a nutshell, packaged solutions consist of the following:

  1. A pre-defined tactical data mart
  2. Extraction, transformation and loading of source data into the data mart.
  3. Necessary configuration and customization services
  4. Software
  5. Knowledge transfer, both technical and business
  6. Product-specific client tools*

These products provide fingertip-access to information you need to answer the critical questions you should be asking. Additionally, these product-based solutions are extensible by design. Future enhancements will bring additional features online, including Data Mining, Scorecards, Dashboards, Portal integration (e.g. SharePoint) as well as specialized client applications. Enhancements are modular and are optimized for rapid deployment and maximum tactical benefit.

Pricing is influenced by the realities of your data as well as your IT infrastructure. With regard to infrastructure, we have successfully deployed solutions on Virtual PCs using 180-day evaluation software. These product offerings represent a low-risk commitment with the benefits of a high-value solution, and a quick way to try business intelligence on for size.

*At a minimum, client tools consist of a thin-client OLAP tool for basic slicing and dicing, and Excel 2007 for sophisticated business analytics and reporting.
