Specifically, my consulting competences include the following, working individually or leading a team:

		Design, document and implement custom enterprise data warehouses and data marts solutions on the Microsoft platform according to methods consistent with the Data Mart Bus Architecture (Kimball).
		Quickly root-out and prioritize business pains and develop solutions aimed squarely at relieving them.
		Envision, design, and implement integrated solutions involving legacy systems and core Microsoft Business Intelligence products.
		Assess product requirements with respect to software, hardware and local network(s).
		Design and implement business scorecards (including the Balanced Scorecard), business dashboards, as well as the ability to isolate critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
		Provide leadership to the project team, including business and technical teams, and provide a sense of perspective, camaraderie and calm to the project.
		Formally train and / or mentor technical and business consultants as well as full-time employees as part of skill development / knowledge transfer initiatives.
		Analyze, troubleshoot and / or tune performance or deployment issues as required.
		Write, debug, and optimize MDX and SQL queries, and to implement statistical analysis of data through informative data mining structures and models.
		Develop and implement solid methods and practices including overall project methodology, change control, security, source code control, metadata management, portal design, data quality, and reporting/query/analysis best practices.
